Except villages of GardAbad, Rahva and Nakhchivan-Tapa unfortunately lack of education in Armenian language was prevalent in other villages and Armenians in those villages tended to speak a combination of broken Armenian, Assyrian and/or Turkish. There was an attempt during Armenian National and Cultural awakening in late 1800s and early 1900s to establish Armenian schools in these villages by wealthy Armenians of Caucaus. Was interrupted by WWI events
